We recently changed to EE Fibre from BT copper. The broadband speeds are terrible. We are supposed to get upto 900mbps but in fact if we get 50 we can dance in the street. Currently fast.com on this laptop 22 mbps! The copper was faster than this. The laptop is WIN10.
We have a pair of MS Surface tablets running WIN11 and they struggle to get more than 10mbps!
It seems that speaking to an EE representative is more difficult than BT ever was?
So what's the solution. Dump this rubbish and go to another supplier. Currently waiting for 0330 123 1105 get to a human.
Can't help feeling we have been ripped off at £80 a month for this crap.

@PaulDevall Have you looked at the sync speeds of the EE router. Which router do you have, when was the actual upgrade to the FTTP full fibre package. Your speed test's, are they both wired ethernet and wireless test's?
