Hi,
for some reason last night our internet stopped working, every time the broadband is trying to connect to the modem (flashing green) it turns off for a second along with the LAN green light then starts the process again, both have been put on a reset and still the issue keeps going.

I'd also recommend texting PHONE to 61998, then a check will be ran on your line to see if any faults can be found.
