Hi. My broadband contract is finishing in September. Can I upgrade my contract now paying the new contract price from now on? Thanks

@Lesley741 you will need to give the Broadband Care Team a call, they will be able to sort out a new contract. They should have been in touch already with an offer, but it is always good to know if there are any better offers out there.

Probably if the new plan is dearer than the existing one. If you look online at your MyEE for BB under Change your broadband plan does it offer the plan you want?
