Engineer not shown up THREE TIMES

Is this the norm for this service? I have called and been on the line 27 times over the last three weeks and the engineer has assured my openreach are fully booked in and will attend three times they have failed and we have been in waiting for them. We still have no broadband! it is a joke!

@mariew4455 , this is not customer service, this is a public forum, I would suggest ringing customer service, as they can check with Open Reach, as this will be down to them, as to when and whether they can set it up or whether there is a problem or need more work, but you still need to contact EE customer service, not Open Reach, as they are the ones to deal with it.

If there is a problem in your area, then this can take several weeks, we had this where we are and it included a whole area, including businesses and shops.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

New installation.. its soooooooooooo anoying. Ive been on hold for the fourth time today now for 56 minutes..
