So over the years every engineer that comes to resolve my issues years fast.com to test the speed.

I used Ee app , took 15 attempts as it never works , Iits stated I’m getting 700mbps but fast.com shows me to an iPhone I’m getting 4.2.Mbps

im paying £50 per month for broadband this is a scam.

@Bagsy011 : The speed test in the EE app will not only measure the raw BB connection speeds you are getting at the router as well as speeds to the device from which you are testing. Fast.com can only measure the latter. But here it reports a slow speed. How does it compare with the device speed reported by the app's speedtest?

Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)? What is the name of the EE BB plan you are on including its speed?

@Bagsy011 Then stop using your iphone to speed test. Do you not have anything that has an Ethernet connection to test with? Speedtest by ookla for ios.
