Searched for ee broadband online didn’t go through with it as decided to stay with own company i received no emails or any equipment just checked my credit score to find out they have gave me a missed payment for not paying the bill!!!!! My score id down and they also bard searched my credit file!! Been With them for mobile for 8 years and leaving tmw scammmers

@Adeleexg : You must have completed an order & given your banking details to have gotten that far.

@Adeleexg You’ll always been credit check on taking out a contract. And to have a bill for broadband you must of completed that order. Are you 100% sure the missed payment was for broadband and not your mobile phone contract? And have you spoken to customer support about this ? Because you don’t mention you have and you’ve only come here to complain about this and not do anything about it. I never understand why come to a public forum and not call customer support.

If you have been billed for a Broadband service which you don't have, please call customer service so they can check which account you're being billed for, details and make sure you don't have a service which you are not connected to or using.
