I need to change the date of payment for my bill, however I'm unable to phone up as I can't hear anyone on the line due to my phone being broken, what should I do?

@LeclercSZN  You’ll have to call and if that means using a different phone then that’s what you’ll need to do. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@LeclercSZN  There is no email address you can use as emails are to slow to deal with customer issues.
