I need to change the date of payment for my bill, however I'm unable to phone up as I can't hear anyone on the line due to my phone being broken, what should I do?

@LeclercSZN You’ll have to call and if that means using a different phone then that’s what you’ll need to do.

You need to call EE to change your billing date & your payment date will follow in step.
