Hello @rjlatter ,
Welcome to the community,
Are you able to find out whether anyone else is having the same problem? I would suggest speaking to the broadband team at EE, they can take a look for you, nothing we can do here, and nothing is normally done at the weekend.
Have you actually tried switching your router off for a few minutes and then switching it on, or unplugging it and plugging it back on to see if it comes back?

Broadband is still down in Bingham Nottinghamshire for the 2nd day in a row with no definite timescale as to when it's going to be back up. I think any affected customers should get a credit on their bill as we're paying for a service we can't use and I personally am having to use phone data to be able to do anything online which means keeping my phone plugged in more often which is likely to shorten the battery life.

@LokiWolf You need to go read the compensation rules, and your battery life will not be dramatically affected!

@LokiWolf Have you reported the fault?
Compensation can only be considered if EE know about the fault.
