Broadband not working

Any one lost broadband signal too? I’m in West Sussex and no signal on 2 Nov 2024 since around 9pm.

@YY123 : BB issues are rarely localised but specific to your own line. However there is another user in your neck of the woods reporting this at the same time - Lost broadband

If it is a neighbourhood issue, you could consult BT Service Status to see if any faults are being attended to in your local area.

Hi @YY123 

Sorry to hear you’re facing problems with your Broadband. 

Can you follow the troubleshooting steps at Fix EE broadband connection problems  where you can check the status of broadband in your area if you're having problems.
 

If there aren’t any problems in your area, you’ll have the option to test your home connection too.
