Hi mine is doing the same thing, literally just turns off for min or so, then turns back on. I have the diagnostics on my screen but how exactly do I send it here? And which parts/info should I censor? Would appreciate the help, thanks

Before I do so, should I obscure any pieces of info? There is nothing that can be leaked, right?

@iandzontoh : Your stats are fine. What exactly is the issue? What's turning off or resetting? Is it the router or your Wifi connections? If the router, what is the state of its lights while doing this?

@iandzontoh you appear to have a BT Hub, what service do you have?
The stats appears to be for a VDSL service, but the Hub is showing FTTP Mode ON - do you have something plugged into the WAN port? Or is there a setting to change it from a WAN port to a LAN port?

@iandzontoh Just setup a BT Smarthub2 and the units on update appear to have the switch for wan on, if you switch it off turns the port to lan.
