Broadband connection

I find the blanket coverage in all media, offering fibre services is somewhat futile and a gross insult to those of us who have to manage with less than average speeds. We are blasted with numerous and generous offers that is until you release your post code, only to be denied with no sign of improvement in the future and consequently offered some inflated deal. That's Talk Talk,EE,BT,Virgin,Sky,Vodafone. When will we see any improvement from Outreach?

You can check expected speeds in advance of going to any ISP by consulting BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker for your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number or you don't have one, use the Address Checker.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

Is a condescending reply part of customer services training now?

Your unimaginative reply just highlights the same repetitive media content we are directed to when nothing else is available.
