Broad band to a different address

Shelagh111
Visitor

I have been with EE for years as it is the only reasonable service in my village. My husband sorts our home broadband as he works from home, so his company pays.
I have a family plan for 3 phones within my contract.
is it possible to add broadband to my contract BUT to a different address?
my daughter lives alone and has mental health issues, on PIP and ESA, and I want her to have internet.
Thanks

@Shelagh111    Of course it’s possible and it’s added to your account not your contract.   Your contract is for your device alone,  your account covers all contracts on your account.

I would call customer services about this.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Morning @Shelagh111

Thanks for coming here 🙂

Yes you can have broadband at a different address to the one we have registered.

You can check available plans for the address on the Fibre Broadband | Fibre Broadband Deals, Shop page.

Or, give us a call on 150 and the team will be happy to help 🙂

Leanne.

@Shelagh111   given your daughters circumstances  it may be worth looking at BT's Home Essentials https://www.bt.com/content/dam/bt/help/home-essentials/102076_Home_Essentials_Online.pdf
