The engineer came to my flat to install the EE small white box and the opctical cable , but I still don’t have wifi, there is a green light blinking, what should I do to solve that?

Well, it won't start until EE say it's gone live. I'd get on to CS to find out when that is.

I think you mean the ONT modem fixed to the inner wall by the "small white box". It isn't EE's but OR's. You need to connect the router supplied by EE to it by Ethernet if you have received it yet. When were you told would be your "go live" date?

Yes, the hub thank you. I’ve received the router and I connected it at the hub (same day the engineer came) the router shows orange light and sometimes green light. I ask the engineer if I need to call any technician assistance or to EE , but I haven’t any response.

I don’t have that information, the app is in maintenance right now , I made the order last month 13/04 and all they say is : we stay in touch when start , but they aren’t in touch and didn’t started.
