Broadband cancellation without my request

I have received an email from EE today saying I have requested to cancel my contract with them which I haven’t. 

I’ve logged on to my account and under the broadband it says pending cease. 

how is this possible?

@markbell19  You need to call customer service about this.   They are still open till 9pm.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Tried calling CS, automated message says office hours are 08:00 - 20:00
