Hi

I don’t have billing account number and I need to pay my overdue broadband bill

The billing account number should be located on your bill itself. 

If you are unable to find this please give our customer care team a call on 150.

My direct debit didn't go through  I need to pay my bill

@Seatleon1 : Why'd it not go thro'? Lack of funds? When a DD fails EE will try again about a week later for the last time.
