Set up smart hub plus and downloaded we app the app told me it need to download/update some software and could take 20 mins to 1hr fair enough the progress bar eventually got all the way to the end after a 1hr and then said it failed to update/download now the app says I’m not on my home network when I am connected to it and I can’t do anything on the app so I can’t retry to do the download! Someone help please 🫠

How long ago did your broadband go live?
Have you tried restarting the app and router?
