Why is it taking so long to upgrade my broadband? I was told 48 hour max, 7 days ago!!!!

No one here has access to your account - there are different reasons why it may be delayed. If you are upgrading your speed but without changing technology as far as I can tell it should be fast as you say. I would contact EE who will be able to have a look at the order and see what the updates are - or you can try tracking your order online which may give you some insight as well
