Hi all,

I have a feeling my broadband is not meeting the minimum speed so followed the instructions on the speed tester but in order for me to do an advanced test they need my service ID. I can’t find it anywhere or google either. Please help!

@lauren_stewart Are you trying to do the speed test on the app with a mobile device, and if so can you see your broadband account when you select manage then broadband? And you can only do this when at home and connected to your broadband system as far as i know.

When you are trying to run the BT Wholesale Speed Test  & get its Additional Diagnostics you will need its Broadband Service ID (BBEU), which you can obtain by calling CS.
