EE hub manager does not open, wifi is extremely choppy with missed packets

I keep gettting this page. I have tried on devices.

The wifi is extremely choppy as well. Its behaving as if there are missed packets. Website load with missed items.

Please help. I work from home and this is not helping.

Usually when you click OK on that box it will clear up.
