I have had EE broadband for some time now and run Norton on my devices.  I am now getting messages from Norton telling me the wi-if network is suspicious and recommending leaving it now.
does anyone know why this is happening and what I should do?

@Hilarypat   What router do you have?

Can you post the full message from Norton?

Hi @Hilarypat

What devices?

I suggest you search Google as this is a false positive and has happened to many people. Normally your OS or the Norton software is out of date.

Thanks

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

They are my IOS devices. Both my OS and Norton are up to date. I have tried Google but with no success.

Router is EE Hub-8xMP.

Message says this network is suspicious.  We recommend leaving this network now.

@Hilarypat  Does the router have a label on it with more info?

Apple devices like to use the latest WiFi security and some the older routers don’t support this, but is not really an issue - just Apple being over keen.
