Broadband Fibre from BT

EE advise they are taking all BT-Personal, but offer no EE-Sales contact.  BT advise they are moving Business-only, so can't respond to BT Personal-Sales...  We have both Business (looks like just Cancel & walk) & Personal (looks like add Fibre-67 - but online response is existing-BT, so contact BT...    How has anyone actually got in touch with EE-Personal Broadband  (FTC approx 80/20) )and/not Phone and/not TV ??

EE responded OK to Request for Switch-to-EE  of a Residential-Analogue @ York, but only via the EE-Number given as a Solution on this Community.  +44 800 956 6000.  It linked from EE @ Dundee, James Lees.  18-April-24 Switch ordered in that Call.  1-week later the Line was digitised by "BT"... and the Voice terminated, not switched. , Late-May & still no EE-account details or services.  The "BT" Account is receiving ongoing Bills including those ordered with EE.....  EE's "James Lees" now fails to resopond to Emails chasing... & EE-Complaints have not followed-up Formal-Complaint for Switch-Progress.   Has anyone else solved the backed-Switch to 18-April-24 I ordered ??   BT-online seem to think the Billing is BT-ongoing - definitely NOT - & not even an EE Start-Date yet...  With EE-Complaints section not even working, Help anyone ??  Thanks, hopefully.
