They are lying, thieving Bs.  Bit anyone on this platform will already know that.  We just have to make sure we tell everyone we know not to switch.  I’m out of pocket £147.10 after being told they would pay sky penalty fee.  Liars.

I am sorry you feel this way since moving to EE, could I just check, have you sent an email to the team with the final Sky bill to get the credit for switching?

Hi Leanne,

Ive emailed the pdf of the bill 3 times now and get a man auto response asking me to send a pdf with all the info on it that the pdf has.  

 

Had a charming call last night with Shaun in Retentions at Merseyside who says you never pay these fees as you have no way of checking what the salesman said.  Ie I’m lying.  Why would I switch if I had to pay Sky £147.10??  I didn’t approach EE, he hassled me on the street and said he could save me money.

I would suggest getting back in touch with our mobile guides and they can get this looked into for you and see what is needed to get this resolved. If needed the team can open a complaint for the complaints team to get in touch with you to discuss this further.
