Does EE have a router that will work with a Tado wifi thermostat

@Rob1st   are you using mobile broadband or fixed line broadband?

What issues are you having?

It is usually possible to turn off the 5Gb wireless band temporarily, which often fixes issues.

@Rob1st And if you cannot get it to operate, see if TADO have a thermostat that will work with an EE Router.
