This may be the location.
My mother has just passed away and she is the one with the Landline and Home Broadband account. I lived with her. I need to close this account. I would like to add EE Full Fibre gigabit to my existing MOBILE account as EE have already got my direct debit details in place.
Also. I work at the back of the house where my current router is and do not want to change location when I update my broadband to Full Fibre. Would the engineers help me out with this?
I work night shifts and only available 3 days out of 7 including weekends.
Any ideas and suggestions would be helpful.

Hi,
Just a quick update.
I have just spoken to the EE Broadband account team who said that I do not have to pay anything regarding my late mother's account. From Thursday onwards, I can reupgrade and order the Full Fibre Max 900 broadband onto my account and keep the land line number until her funeral in a few weeks time.
My router is going to be placed near to where the fibre optic cable is coming in as well as the new digital phone I am going to order with the broadband.
Another thing, I have a TP-link AXE5400 (archer AX75) router, will it work with the digital voice service which will be working in London in November or do I have to use the Smart Hub Plus instead?
Any help is grateful.
Thanks for your help and advice.

For DV you will need to use the EE supplied router. It comes off a DECT port on the router.
