BT to EE no account details

I recently renewed with BT and have been migrated to EE broadband as part of it. However, I haven't received any account details. I've had text updates about service starting but haven't received anything at all via email.

Any ideas?

@lufc87 Would call EE CS or you BT CS and find out what is on the EE Account, another user from BT may reply with what is the norm for the migration, they have at least got your mobile number correct as your are getting text from them! When on get a note of you account number, it should be like GBXXXXXXXX and at least you will have it if they can give to you, should not be a problem as text to mobile to pass security.

@lufc87 You have looked in junk and/or spam e-mails incase they have went to the wrong box, if not EE CS and confirm they have the right e-mail address, or on your EE Account profile what info is there is 100% correct!

Yeah, checked junk to be sure me definitely haven't received anything
