My netflix is not working. I switched from BT Tv to EE with that also my netflix account. I received and email to say my netflix account has been updated. But no activation link.
Shortly after, I received an email from netflix to say that my email address has been successfully changed (which I didnt do).
I try to activate netflix on ee app and nothing happens. if I go to manage netflix on my ee app, looks like its activated.
I called netflix, they said my email address has been changed and to verify myself but I cant do, so they couldnt help. Its a 45 min wait to speak with someone at EE.

Have you managed to get through to speak to our customer services team? They'll be able to check to make sure everything is OK from our side.

Hi Chris,
Thanks for your message. I've tried several times to call and each time I'm told that the wait time in 45 mins - 1hr. I will try early on Sunday, in the hope the call queue is less.
