I contacted bt about my renewal and have been upgraded to ee . I have received my new hub but can’t li k my account to my existing zee mobile account and not sure who to speak to if ther is a problem

upgrade to EE ha ha ha.  Pull the other one, more like downgrade.  Good luck.
