after the first month in ee

I'm new to ee. Moved from Virgin. And after the first month in ee, I really regret leaving Virgin.

EE is a bit cheaper but the level of service is terrible.

Router. I haven't seen anything worse in years.  Unstable, missing basic features. e.g. Vlan. WI-FI range very small, compared to Virgin router. Of course I won't be using this router. I knew from day one that I had to replace it.

I hope that on a normal router, everything will work fine. I'm waiting for delivery.

For the first month it worked fine. There were no major problems.

And suddenly, everything started to break down. No internet on Windows computers. But in Linux everything is ok.

After 30 days I cannot cancel the contract. Unfortunately, I am condemned to ee.

@grzes501 Apart from the lack of control that this ISP supplied router has and your description of what is going on, think that you may have to look outside the router to clear this up, and you can cancel the contract anytime within the 24 month period, with sliding scale of what you need to pay.

Really? Is there anything I can do?

Don't joke. :After 30 days I can't do anything

I was a fool. I saved a few quid on my bill. And I changed my fibre broadband, to absolute crap.
