how do I activate sons Xbox account to my Xbox Bundle ? I’ve had no information about this.

Have you purchased the Xbox bundle outright, or has it been added as a monthly add-on to your mobile account?

It was added but since chatting with an advisor today he informed me it’s now changed and I have to pay £12 extra..

When was the Game Pass added? Do you have the Game Pass add-on showing as active in your EE app?
