Hi, I purchased a new Xbox X today at the EE store and was told an email with the 24month game pass and £70 voucher would be sent to my email - I have not received this yet? Anyone else had issues with this and have they been resolved?

After you've made your purchase, we aim to send all codes as soon as possible. However it may take up to two working days for the voucher to be received.
It may be worth checking your Spam/ Junk folder too.
If you've not received your voucher after two working days, then please call Customer Service who'll raise a webform to have this resolved for you.

Hi
I bought a new Xbox today but I haven’t received not received the 24 month game pass or £70 voucher - how do I get this? The sales assistant said it would be emailed but it’s not arrived.
