Switching from game pass as an extra to gaming bundle add on?

Basically I've changed my plan (it was upgrade time) My old plan had Xbox game pass ultimate as an extra, now my current plan shows a gaming bundle, how do I switch to the game bundle so my game pass doesn't expire?
