Hi all,
Trying to find out where my xbox gamepass and ee data pass would be.
Got the xbox last week and have had nothing in the form of texts etc to activate the gamepass or the data pass that comes with the bundle.
I've tried using ee.co.uk/xbox, but I've added the tech bundle onto my watch contract, and using the number my watch has is not getting me a passcode sent.
I already have a gamepass as an addon for my mobile number, and hoping this won't cause any issues to redeem another.

I don't believe you can have the gamepass on a watch plan. The pass on your mobile number is this a free add on or are you paying for the gamepass.

Hi,
So i have a gamepass on my phone as an add on to my contract.
Then, i bought an xbox 24 month bundle from the tech store that came with an xbox, a 24 month gamepass and an ee data pass. I have had no details sent to me on how to redeem the new gamepass or data pass.
Last time i just got a text and redeemed through ee.co.uk/xbox but i cannot see anything on my phone number, and cannot get a code sent to my watch that has its own number.
For some reason, the xbox bundle has been added onto my watch bill, rather than my phonebill.

If the Games Pass is on your watch line, you will not be able to activate it as a text is required. I'd recommend speaking to our customer care team to discuss your options.

Can no one text the number on my watch? As that would normally come through to my phone (sometimes)
Although dpd have exclusively text my watch when i was having ee deliveries.

Any texts to the watch number wouldn't deliver @Hazman. This is because the watch is paired to your phone number, and the number associated to the watch is just for billing purposes.

The link just has all of the numbers that you can call depending on whether you are calling from your EE mobile or a landline.
There won't be an exact match for your query but if you choose an option for add-ons or billing, it will get you to the right team.
