Hi All
I have spent a long time over last few days chasing EE to find out what's happening with my order. (Xbox - Birthday Present)
I spent a long-time on line last night and this morning I have spoken with 3 different Advisors, all of whom have been nice, however, 1 even did a warm handover so that I didn't need to explain all over again.
The app didn't show my order, online didn't show the option for Xbox, only Mobile or Broadband.
So to try and make things "simple" for anyone else who may have to suffer and chase for a SO Type Order

I was finally able to find the order by logging in to my Online store account, going to my profile, selecting "View Orders and Returns" and typing in my SO order number (you may been to change the option on next screen to "Open Orders)
