Can you use a BT smart Wi-Fi disc with a EE router and if so how do you connect it as I have tried everything I can think of to connect the disc but nothing seems to work

Just realised that app is for the (black) complete wifi.

The BT WholeHome wifi app is for the (White) High street one.

How to I connect my BT complete WiFi disks to my new ee smart hub

Hi @MLaing

Thanks for coming here.

@bobpullen's reply in this thread advises the black BT Complete Wi-Fi discs cannot be used with any router other than a BT Smart hub 2, are these the discs you have?

Are you able to connect using a Ethernet cable?

Leanne 🙂

Use the BT WholeHomeWiFi app to set up each disc. Remember every time you set up a disc you will need to alter the network name (in the app) to you new EE network name, if it was previously linked to a BT network.

I have tried 5 times . So no you can't

@Freedom69 : What colour BT discs are you trying?
