Hi,I received a 4G mini hub a week ago,while I’m waiting for a fibre router to be installed ,it worked for a couple of days,it is saying no connected,I phoned and spoke to someone on Thursday,they told be three masts were down and it would be working again in a couple of days,it’s still not working ,I spoke to someone else,they said the network was working fine in my area,I feel like I was fobbed off by the first person I spoke to

If you have an EE account online you can use the coverage checker to identify whether there are any known outages/issues at the postcode at this point in time.

Does anyone else at the location have an EE or BT mobile to compare whether they have the same issue?

 

Hello,
We have a new package with yourselves. The landline is working. We have a temporary mini hub but not the internet, nor is the sky part working on our television. Our date for the digital stuff is 21st., August.

When you pop your postcode in our Network Status checker, does it tell you if we're aware of any maintenance works in the area?
