I have a BT Call Guardian phone with Call Guardian set up and several numbers stored in my VIP list. Whenever anyone calls, even if they're a VIP, they're asked to state their name and press the # key. After doing that, they're told again to state their name and press the # key. And round it goes. In other words, no one can actually get through.
I think the problem arose when I switched from BT to EE.
Any solutions anyone?

@Patsycola Where currently do you have that phone plugged into, back off the Router or into a DVA remote connection!

My phone is plugged into the router, having the same problem as above no one is getting through.

Don’t know how long this has been going on,we live in a mobile dead spot and have to use the house phone,really awkward when it comes to hospital and doctors call backs

@gaspingfrog Have you switched of the Hub whatever one you have for 10 minutes, then checked once restarted?
