Hi ,I'm now on day 3 of no internet service I have reported it but apart from a link to local WiFi which didn't work I can't find anything out ,I now all my neighbours are also without service but it just seems like we have to put with this no information garbage still as long as we are paying our bill I don't suppose it really matters how we are treated.

@Mjke Then the only way your are going to find out is via EE CS if you have a local issue that is affecting all user's and EE CS has also been informed by OR if they or EE have a fault..... The Service Checker may or may not be able to give advice....

The bill is all irrelevant in the scope off were or what is wrong connection wise. linked below if working!

As it is a neighbourhood issue, you could keep an eye on Check service in your area  to see when any faults are being attended to in your local area. You may also Report a Problem there.

What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?
