@Steve10001 Do you mean that your house is cabled and at points you have installed repeaters to that cabled network, all the cabling returns to a 16 port switch and that in turn up links to the EE Router on one of it's lan ports.

With the repeaters you do not say the model, did you leave those alone maintaining the SSID and the Password that they had before. Same for the remote building repeater. With those all working previous and if indeed they were all on the Ethernet as a wired backhaul working fine with the VM ethernet connection on it's router. You also need to say which EE Router was supplied to you, but first thought is that the EE Router has a Network Connection issue with the 16 port Ethernet switch so would start by having a look there.

Http://192.168.1.254 will get you to the web interface of the EE Router, and there is NO bridge mode etc on it so do not go looking for anything like it. If you think you have a wireless clash then disable the both bands on the EE router temp to see what is working. Info you will need will be on the router for the admin password when requested.

I don't get it. If everything is Ethernet round the house thro' switches & Internet ports where does authentication & pwds come into it? That's for WiFi. Where's WiFi come in?
