When you take out your contract you'll be estimated speeds, and also be advised of a minimum guaranteed speed too.
Like @XRaySpeX has mentioned, can you remember what was recommended when you first joined us?
If you feel your current speeds are a significant drop on what you normally receive, its worth running a check on your line using our fault checker.
Just send us a text with HELP to 66033 and we'll guide you through everything.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Ok, but we need some more info on the issue to be able to offer you advice.
Are you getting those speeds on the EE Mobile network (4G/5G) or on EE Broadband (Fibre/Full Fibre) as asked by @Northerner above?
