Hey there @chrisOV47.

Welcome to the EE Community 😊

When you take out your contract you'll be estimated speeds, and also be advised of a minimum guaranteed speed too.

Like @XRaySpeX has mentioned, can you remember what was recommended when you first joined us?

If you feel your current speeds are a significant drop on what you normally receive, its worth running a check on your line using our fault checker.

Just send us a text with HELP to 66033 and we'll guide you through everything.

Ok, but we need some more info on the issue to be able to offer you advice.

Are you getting those speeds on the EE Mobile network (4G/5G) or on EE Broadband (Fibre/Full Fibre) as asked by @Northerner above?

I have broadband fibre overhead cable from the pole
