After the last broadband upgrade .Don't upgrade Broadband!!

After the last upgrade my internet works like the cheapest I won't say what!! Very poor speed!! It hangs every half hour. I didn't buy broadband and higher speed so that it wouldn't work!! I don't recommend it!! Especially from EE!! These are students who have no idea about sending internet TO THE CUSTOMER!! One person says one thing and the other says it's a different problem! It was much better before and for less money! I will have a problem with my work. Enjoy not using it!
