APP control is broken

The app broadband control tab is broken, everytime I try to go on it it says something went wrong and your trying to fix it, I don’t believe that and it’s been like that since my service started so something is clearly wrong. I’ve tried to uninstall etc and that has not helped. 

Can I get some help with this issue please.

Hi I'm having the same issue, broadband seems to be working fine, seems to be a problem with MY EE app.

Have you recently upgrade your broadband?

Are you able to try restarting your router and the EE app?

Do you see an error message?

Hi upgraded last month....just.cant access wifi controls...have been with EE for years

Hi recently upgraded my EE broadband to the New EE broadband and I can't access WiFi controls on the MyEE APP, any reason why this should. I have been with EE for many years.

Hi tried restarting router and reinstalling myee,still can't get access to WiFi controls.

You will need to call 150 and speak to broadband technical department and inform them that you are also experiencing these issues and add you to a list of customers that they need to help resolve the issues. 

EE’s TMC are aware of the issues and are trying to work with the makers/designers of the system to try and work out what has gone wrong for some, but they have not yet found how to correct the issues. 

Soon as I hear anymore off TMC I will update all, fingers crossed these issues will be resolved 👌

Hi @Eks71, sorry you're having an issue with the wifi controls. If you've already called and reported it do you know if it was sent on for further investigation?
