The app broadband control tab is broken, everytime I try to go on it it says something went wrong and your trying to fix it, I don’t believe that and it’s been like that since my service started so something is clearly wrong. I’ve tried to uninstall etc and that has not helped.
Can I get some help with this issue please.

Hi @Eks71, thanks for posting back. As you've already called it should be with the offline team to fix and we'll be happy to check that they have the case in hand.

Hi, I’m having the same issue also, I did get somewhere with it, if you ask the broadband tech team if they could send it off to a team called TMC they will look further into it for you like they have for myself.
i hope this helps you make some progress on the issue.

Has anyone that not could access there wifi controls,managed to gain access since the app update over the weekend of 2/3rd March 24.

Don't bother they don't know what they are doing I've been waiting 6 months still not fixed I'm leaving Ee as they are useless since they joined up with BT it's got worse they promise to call you back they never do all they do is send you a text saying we are still looking into your issue🥱.
