@Nuttydi2498   A XKO number is an order number you need to wait till you have a tracking number .  You’ll get this when a device is allocated to you. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
