Can't bear a 3rd time on a 30min wait line to speak to someone - 1st phone upgrade was not in stock, didn't know that till today (a week after order placed) when I chased up the phone delivery. Went back online and tried to upgrade again, 2nd phone upgrade set me up a second line on same phone ! another 30 min wait in line to speak to someone who cancelled that additional line and said phone was not in stock anyway and we finally upgraded my phone over the phone.
Just received confirmation of my DPD delivery tomorrow, which is the 2nd phone upgrade (which I was told was not in stock) - so is this the 2nd phone which is wrong or have they used same order number to send the 3rd phone ???
do I wait to see what arrives ?? or sit on the phone for rest of the evening getting even more confused ..

That does sound confusing. Did you manage to get to the bottom of what is to turn up today?

Well two emails and two texts about two deliveries today, one phone arrived. Two emails and two texts - one telling me parcel was delivered the other telling me you were not at home and will try again tomorrow. Both deliveries attempted at same time !!
I am assuming the other parcel doesn't exist, so will see what messages I receive tomorrow when they try and deliver it again 🙂
