wrong item delivered

Hi I placed an online delivery yesterday and received the wrong order?  Can you tell what I need to do?

Have you already received the item? Then you will need to return it, I would suggest you ring customer service, as you have 14 days to return it, and once EE have received the item back, you can place your order again.
