Got phone no xbox

Hi I have just order my new phone and it been delivered but my xbox that I thought what coming with the phone has not been delivered. I can't see anything in my details that came with the phone on how I get this xbox and it not on my order form!! Am a bit worried that I've done something wrong and am. Not going to get it!  Any help or pointers as to what to do would be a great help

Do you have to wait the 15-30 days before the Xbox S is dispatched before you find out if you got one? Or are you able to find out from somewhere else?

Hi @scairns27

You should get a text message 5 days after receiving your phone. This will tell you that you're eligible.

The Xbox will be delivered 15-30 days after you receive your phone.
