Upgrade

Trying to upgrade my phone, however it keeps telling me there isn’t a suitable offer at the moment, I’ve got 3 phones V on my account and 2 are able upgrade

Is this one that you're having problems with eligible for upgrade? Which plan are you on at the moment?

  1. I'm having the same issue. I've been trying to upgrade my phone in the black Friday sales but keep getting the message that there no suitable plans for me

Welcome to the community.

 

If you're not able to see any plans online, I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team to run through some options.
