wifi issue

Once I've reset the 4G wifi unit and the EE web page pops up

"This Wifi network uses a older security standard that might nor protect you"

Have had this since Sunday (09/05/2021) but Saturday was fine.

It's common for tech updates to be implemented over a weekend in some companies so am wondering if this is the case here and if there will be a rollback

I have contacted tech support but the folks there are not the actual tech support and there is as yet no consistent definitive answer. So no internet (am using another wifi network to leave this note). Is it the transmitter? Is it the 4G wifi unit?

Please no patronising answers along the lines of "have you turned it off and on again" thanks.

Coincidentally I heard on Radio 4 today that EE have major problems persuading landowners on whose turf the transmitters are located. Is this part of the issue ?
